Real Estate Development & Asset Management

We develop real estate and invest in properties with high asset value. We also cycle assets in our portfolio as appropriate.
In the real estate leasing business, we focus on condominiums in areas ranging from the Tohoku region of northeastern Japan, to the Chubu region of central Japan, and have a comprehensive property management organization that ensures stable profitability. We also own commercial facilities and office buildings that contribute to community development by providing comfortable spaces and vitalizing the local area.

Property Management

Opened in March 2009 as one of Yokohama’s largest commercial complexes, Hamabowl EAS represents a new concept in leisure facilities for adults. Its tenants include a large fitness club, and the facility is home to Yokohama Tennen Onsen SPA EAS (a relaxation facility with a natural hot spring spa) and Hamabowl (a bowling alley).

Hamabowl’s design concept is “water and light.” The reception area and carpeting are inspired by the seascapes around Yokohama, and the ceiling above the lane-side seating is studded with stars, creating a leisurely, sophisticated space that allows customers to enjoy a relaxed bowling experience.

This resort for persons aged 18 and over is themed as an urban spa oasis.
Visitors can spend the full day here, enjoying the natural hot spring drawn from 1,500 meters underground, a hot-stone spa, a comic book lounge, nine body care salons, and women-only areas. Each space offers a unique and rejuvenating atmosphere that culminates in an outstanding experience.
