- Mitsuuroko Group Holdings Co., Ltd. will not entrust or provide the personal information of shareholders to third parties, except upon the shareholders’ consent or when we are legally obligated to so do after a receipt of request from judicial or governmental authorities. Even after shareholders give their consent, we ensure confidentiality agreements are in place to protect personal information in the event that we disclose, entrust, or provide personal information to third parties, and we do our upmost to protect the personal information of our shareholders.

Mitsuuroko Group Holdings Co., Ltd. may share the information including shareholder’s name, address, number of shares held, shareholder number, and registration date for the purposes described in “Purpose of use” with each Mitsuuroko Group company.
